With roots in Martinique (Caribbean), I was born in Paris and grew up in the South of France. At 13, I left home to pursue competitive basketball while studying at a sports academy, eventually moving to the United States to study engineering and play basketball at a high level.

 

During university, I realized that neither engineering nor elite athletics were where my heart truly was. I joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, driven by a desire to help leaders navigate complex challenges, understand the world more deeply, and create meaningful impact.

Over several years, I worked across industries on strategy, operations, marketing, and human resources. What became clear was that I was most energized and effective when working not just on problems — but with people. I found that I was at my best when supporting individuals and leaders to grow, flourish, and lead more consciously.

That realization led me to pursue a professional coaching certification and focus fully on leadership development. Through McKinsey Academy, I designed and facilitated award-winning leadership programs, and through Aberkyn (a McKinsey company), I worked on large-scale culture transformations, team effectiveness, and organizational purpose.

I currently live in Montreal - Canada, when I’m not on an adventure somewhere else in the world working, learning, and discovering new places.
